Having worked for over 20 years as a property developer, investment banker, and third-party consultant, I grew increasingly frustrated by surveyors and consultants who only understood one part of the process. Too often, they lacked a rounded view of how finance, planning, regulation, and construction all connect. Viewpoint was created to change that.

 

My goal is to provide a more complete service: one that bridges the gaps, combining financial insight with technical knowledge and practical delivery experience. From pre-construction cost consultancy and property risk assessments through to project management, our focus is always on helping clients make better, safer, more informed decisions.
