Complaints handling procedure

We are committed to providing high-quality professional services. However, if you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put things right.

 

Stage 1 – Internal Complaints Procedure

 

Please submit your complaint in writing to:

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 working days. Your complaint will be investigated by the Complaints Officer (or a senior representative not directly involved in the matter). We will aim to provide you with a written outcome within 28 days of acknowledgement. If we need more time, we will explain why and confirm when you can expect our response.

 

Stage 2 – Independent Redress

 

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal review, you may refer your complaint to an independent dispute resolution service approved by RICS:
